The Northern Sled Dog Challenge

The Northern Sled Dog Challenge is our club's mid-distance sled dog event.  Held in the North Island of New Zealand, the event offers teams the opportunity to experience many of the traditional elements of mid and long-distance mushing not normally available in NZ sprint racing, and the opportunity for teams to challenge themselves on longer trails.

Event distances offered range from an Introductory 16km to  32km on dryland mushing trails.
